Seven steps to success – your future, our focus
We understand that every client’s circumstances are unique and their requirements very personal, so our financial planning process is designed to recognise this and to provide you with a financial plan that is individually tailored to meet your specific needs.

Understanding your requirements, assessing your attitude to risk and reward and your tolerance to investment risk are key considerations and we will take all of these into account in our recommendations. This will help you manage your financial resources to meet both your short and longer term goals whether you are investing for growth, planning for retirement, budgeting for school or care home fees or saving for a world cruise.
In preparing your financial plan, there will often be a number of options for us to consider and we will discuss these with you, to ensure that our recommendations are in line with your specific requirements. Where certain financial products are appropriate, we will research the market for those that best suit your needs.
Our investment process aims to maximise returns for a given level of risk so that you can be more confident of achieving your financial goals. Our Investment Proposition outlines our general approach to investment including risk profiling, the importance of the asset allocation and regular rebalancing, “active” versus “passive” and the advantages of a risk-based approach to investing.
Your financial plan will take account of cash deposits, ISAs, stockmarket-based investments, pension arrangements and other savings and investments to ensure there is a suitable balance between risk and reward.
Assuming that you are happy to proceed, we will then implement your financial plan, arranging any products required and taking account of any adjustments or charges that may need to be made. We want you to be entirely happy with the arrangements that are made for you so if you have any queries or want to make any changes, we will be happy to accommodate them.
We can then provide you with on-going advice and reviews to ensure that you remain on track as your requirements change over the years.
